This whistleblowing channel is part of our Compliance Management System and aims to allow the reporting – even anonymously – of possible infringements or breaches of legal provisions or internal conduct rules within NOVICAP and its group.

This reporting system is not a suggestion box or customer service channel, so we shall not answer questions regarding our products or services.

Your voice is essential to maintaining integrity and transparency, so we want to assure you that your identity and the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. If you wish, you may also use the anonymous reporting option.

We have set up an online portal accessible from any device, where you can submit your report easily and securely. Our team of ethics and legal experts is trained to receive and manage reports professionally and thoroughly.

We want to assure you that we shall take all appropriate measures to thoroughly investigate each report received. Additionally, we shall establish mechanisms to maintain two-way communication with you, providing updates on the progress of your report and allowing you to make additional inquiries in confidence.

The data provided in this form will be included in the “Reports” file/treatment and will be processed in accordance with the purpose of clarifying and processing the reported facts, in accordance with the rules of the Whistleblowing Channel of NOVICAP and its group, who responsible for the treatment. You have the right to exercise the rights provided by the data protection regulations, by writing to the Data Protection Officer at the postal address of NOVICAP, or by email to the address [INSERT]. Your data will not be transferred except by legal obligation. No international data transfers are made; and data will be kept for the time necessary to clarify the facts, once this period has elapsed, data will be blocked.
