As mentioned, you will be responsible for bringing top talent and contributing to Novicap’s fast development, being in charge of the whole recruitment cycle for the positions assigned to you, from Account Executives to Software Engineers at all levels. More specifically you will:

• Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates 

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidates acquisitions to signing contracts in line with agreed priorities and ensuring excellent candidate experience

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidates

• Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc

In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans.

• Are based in Madrid or Barcelona

• Have more than 4 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Have keen interest in fintech and work in an entrepreneurial team-based environment

• Have Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships

• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment

• Have a high level of English (and Spanish!) that allows you to work in the language

• Full-time work with an open-ended contract
