Novicap follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations and undertakes to enter into a data processing contract with them, imposing on them, inter alia, the following obligations: to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures; to process personal data for the agreed purposes and only in accordance with Novicap’s documented instructions; and to delete or return the data to Novicap upon termination of the provision of the services.
Among the services that Novicap contracts with third-party providers may be the measurement of audiences or advertisements, analytical services, advertising, etc.
If the User consents the use of cookies, they should be aware that cookies will be installed, among others, whose services are provided by providers such as Google.
