Novicap<\/strong>, a fintech dedicated to working capital solutions for SMEs and mid-market companies, closed 2024 with a <strong>28% year-on-year increase in its revenue<\/strong>, significantly strengthening its profitability and maintaining its trajectory of double-digit growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In doing so, <strong>Novicap<\/strong> has continued to attract a growing volume of customers seeking flexible and agile solutions for their working capital, be it in Credit (Factoring, Supply Chain Finance, and Loans) or Payment Automation (Dynamic Discounting or Self-Supply Chain Finance); at a time where complementary solutions keep gaining weight compared to traditional banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u20ac2 billion in financing since inception<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By now, Novicap has <strong>exceeded \u20ac2 billion in financing provided to more than 9,000 Spanish companies<\/strong>. This milestone cements Novicap&#8217;s role as a leading provider of working capital solutions to SMEs and mid-market companies in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Working Capital Loans are consolidating as a key solution<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Part of Novicap&#8217;s growth over the last year is attributable to the launch, at the end of 2023, of a <strong>new Working Capital Loans solution<\/strong>, which has experienced strong demand and already represents more than 25% of the Barcelona-based company&#8217;s Credit activities. This success underlines the fintech&#8217;s diversification strategy and its ability to adapt to market needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strengthening the team and growing in talent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To continue its expansion, Novicap continued to invest in talent during 2024. The company closed the year with <strong>60 employees<\/strong> and enters 2025 with plans to add more than <strong>20 new professionals<\/strong> in key areas during the year.
